Secure real-time Internet payment solutions developer SeerGate Inc. has reportedly raised $300,000 from the Office of the Chief Scientist and Oracle Corporation (Nasdaq: ORCL) as part of the Chief Scientist´s corporate collaboration program. Oracle will provide SeerGate with products and services, matching the Chief Scientist´s commitment.

SeerGate CEO Eldad Aharoni and VP business development Alicia Roisman Ismach founded the company in 2007. The company´s Secured Lock System provides financial institutions' customers with secure online payments, while lowering operating costs. The company is currently in talks with several leading US financial institutions to test its products.
