SeerGate Closes Private Financing Round

SeerGate Ltd. announced today the closing of a private financing round. The round was led by Proconsul Ltd. investment firm together with RDT Group and renowned business professionals and successful entrepreneurs. Following this investment round, Mr. Israel Adir, founder and chairman of RDT Group, joined SeerGate’s board of directors.

The company, developer and distributor of the Security e-Debit System, enabling safe and secure international electronic transactions processing, was founded by Eldad Aharoni, former General Manager of MobileSpear Inc., and Alicia Roisman Ismach, previously VP Strategy of Print & Pay LLC.
