Eldad Aharoni, Co-Founder and CEO
Eldad drives the vision, strategy and growth of the privately-held SeerGate, Ltd. which he co-founded in 2007. With proprietary technology and several patents, the company develops and markets eLockNet™, a global bank centric open payments platform offering secure and realtime transaction settlement between individuals and small businesses. Previously, Eldad was CEO of Mobilespear, a technology company that developed an advanced platform enabling users of primarily mobile phones to interact with printed items supplemented by identifying numbers. He structured strategic agreements with leading corporations in Europe and Asia, including Telefonica Spain, Atos Origin, Ericsson, M1, StarHub and Singtel in Singapore.

Prior to this, Eldad was a senior development executive with Win Systems (PICD), a global technology supplier to the gaming industry, providing software, networks and support services for online lottery systems, server-based gaming devices and video lottery terminals. PICD has managed the deployment of traditional lottery systems for regulated national lotteries across the world. Eldad led development teams and operations of full turnkey national lottery and gaming systems in Peru, Colombia and Argentina.

Eldad holds a B.Sc. degree from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.

James Fancher, COO
Jim is a senior executive with twenty plus years of payment systems experience in the financial services sector. He joined SeerGate as COO in February of 2010. In his role at SeerGate Jim is responsible for all U.S. operations including product management, implementation, service delivery and customer service.

Jim started his career in 1986 at Mercantile Bancshares of St. Louis as a developer supporting the SuperMICR check capture system. Later appointments include Vice President in Sterling Software Banking Division and manager of the Check Consulting Group at Stockholder Systems (now Fiserv) where he was responsible for check processing implementations in the top 100 FI space.

Jim joined Gilson & Associates in 1995 as director of sales and later was appointed to CEO. During his tenure there Jim tripled top line revenue and managed to a liquidity event in 2003 with VECTORsgi of Dallas, TX. While at VECTORsgi he served as Senior VP of marketing, product development and consulting sales. Jim remained with VECTORsgi through the buyout with Metavante, and subsequently Fidelity, serving as General Manager of Endpoint Exchange, LLC before joining Seergate in February of 2010.

Jim received a bachelor of science in computer engineering from Murray State University.

Alicia Roisman Ismach, Co-Founder and EVP Business Development: expertise in business development, was VP BD of Print & Pay Networks LLC and Business Strategy Manager at ACTeCASH Ltd (part of 888 Holdings PLC). Master in Enterprise Innovation from Swinburne University of Technology, Australia.

Geri Joskovicz PhD., CTO
Geri's career in engineering and computing spans 38 years. A native of Vienna (Austria), Geri started as a researcher in digital processing of bio-signals and bio-statics working at the University of Vienna and later at Columbia University in New York. His expertise in modern operating systems and software technologies brought him to retail banking in the mid eighties.

Geri managed the technology side for the Banking Competence Center of Siemens in Vienna, designing and implementing branch automation products, self service and e-banking systems. While with Siemens, he worked as project manager and lead architect in banking projects for major European retail banks in Austria (Creditanstalt), Switzerland (UBS) and Ireland (BoI).

He joined Creditanstalt in Vienna as head of the architecture and development group in charge of branch banking and core systems. After moving to Israel, Geri held the position of CTO at the Elron/NCC e-banking group, designing and implementing Internet and electronic banking frameworks.

Before joining Seergate as CTO, Geri spend 7 years designing and implementing global portfolio management, reporting and internet solutions for the International Private Banking unit of Bank Leumi in Israel.

Beside his job-related activities, Geri is engaged in research projects at the Technical University in Vienna.

He holds a Dipl.Ing (MSc) in Electrical Engineering from the Technical University in Vienna and a Dr.techn. (PhD) in Biomedical Engineering from the Technical University Graz.
