SeerGate was incorporated in 2007, by Eldad Aharoni and Alicia Roisman Ismach, with a mission to make payments simple, secure and convenient for financial institution (FI) customers. To that end the company develops and markets eLockNet™, a bank centric Open Payments Platform.

SeerGate headquarters are located in Roswell, GA with R&D in Ra´anana, Israel.

The company´s proprietary technology includes its core transaction engine as well as authentication and security related systems, under several patent applications.
